I'm working to support the digitalization of internal processes, in particular the introduction of workflows and products to support data-based decision making and overall smoother day-to-day operations.
I'dd do it starting from user interviews, work-flows and stakeholder mapping, and co-design of scenarios.
Camminare insieme
December 2023 - March 2025
I began the project with an in-depth research and immersion phase, combining interviews with hands-on volunteering inside the organization. This direct involvement allowed me to identify concrete operational challenges from within.
I synthesized research insights into a service blueprint mapping internal workflows, exposing friction points, errors, and inefficiencies.
Together with the organization’s team, I used this analysis to define clear areas for intervention.

Some of the concrete projects I delivered in this project:
- I redesigned bureaucratic documents to reduce misunderstandings
- Reworked and extended the internal booking management tool to digitize and accelerate operations and reduce mistakes
- Co-designed the introduction of a reminder system to better reach users and reduce missed appointments
One key learning from working in in this context has been to push my ability to communicate clearly what I do. I was well out of the typical tech/designer environment, and to be effective I learnt to explain by objectives and activities, using examples and merging my language with the language of a low-tech health-care ONG run by passionate and bright not-too-young people.
